Terms of Service — ChangeLog
Overview
Welcome to ChangeLog. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ChangeLog. ChangeLog operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). ChangeLog is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 18.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person.
Section 2 — Our Products
Every ChangeLog print is produced on demand. We have made every effort to represent our products accurately, but please note that colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, and configuration. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match how it appears on your screen.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the availability of any product to any person or geographic region.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ChangeLog reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Because every print is made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and sent to production. In the event that we do not accept or cancel an order, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. All prices shown include free shipping worldwide. Prices do not include any customs or import duties that may apply in your country, which are your responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honoured.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our print partners, shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including but not limited to typographic designs, text, images, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is owned by ChangeLog or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property law.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
ChangeLog's name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of ChangeLog. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. Such tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party site. If you choose to leave our Services to access a third-party site, you do so at your own risk.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
ChangeLog is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with ChangeLog. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and ChangeLog. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with ChangeLog.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your use of the Services in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Section 11 — Feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content to us, you grant ChangeLog a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for any purpose, including operating and improving the Services.
You confirm that you own or have the right to submit any feedback provided, and that it will not infringe the rights of any third party.
Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

You may not use the Services: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, harm, or defame any person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material; (g) to impersonate any person or entity; or (h) to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services.
You also agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (b) reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect personal information of other users; (d) use any robot, spider, scraping tool, AI tool (such as agentic AI), or automated means to access the Services; or (e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms.
Section 14 — Agents
This section applies if you use or enable an Agent to access or interact with the Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of a person or entity without direct supervision.
No Agent may access the Services unless it identifies itself and complies with the following: (i) all HTTP/HTTPS requests must identify that the request is from an Agent by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string; (ii) Agents must not conceal or mimic human behaviour or circumvent CAPTCHAs; (iii) Agents must respond truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine whether interactions are from a human or computer; (iv) Agents must not circumvent any measures that block or limit their access to the Services. We may limit or block Agent access by technical means at our discretion.
Section 15 — Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time at our discretion without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.
Section 16 — Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated by ChangeLog, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Section 17 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChangeLog, our partners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChangeLog, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your use of the Services.
Section 19 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 20 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChangeLog regarding your use of the Services.
Section 21 — Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms without notice to you.
Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and ChangeLog agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Section 23 — Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
