All ChangeLog prints are produced on demand and shipped directly to you by our print partners. There is no stock held, which means every order is made specifically for you.

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.

What you'll receive

Framed A3 and A2 prints are shipped flat in protective packaging, ready to hang. A1 prints arrive rolled in a protective tube and include a wooden hanging system.

Delivery times

We'll get your order to you as quickly as possible. Every print is produced to order, so please allow time for both production and delivery. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Delivery times after that vary depending on where you are in the world.

In most of the UK, Europe, and North America, orders generally arrive within a few days of dispatch. In Australia, New Zealand, parts of Latin America, and more remote regions worldwide, delivery takes longer — sometimes significantly. If you're ordering from one of these areas, please factor in extra time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Damaged or misprinted orders

We take quality seriously. If your print arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a reprint or refund promptly.

Change of mind

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
