Every ChangeLog print is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a fault with the product itself. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or faulty items
We take quality seriously. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact form. Include a clear description of the issue and your order number and we will arrange a reprint or refund as quickly as possible. You do not need to return the item — we'll resolve it from your info and any photos we may request.
Wrong item received
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement promptly.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us using the contact form.
Made to order — no change of mind returns
Because every print is produced individually on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, or where the item has been received in the condition described. We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchase. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
EU customers
Our products are made to order and produced individually upon purchase. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly made to the consumer's specifications or personalised. As our prints are produced on demand for each individual order, this exemption applies. This does not affect your rights in relation to damaged or faulty items, which are covered above.
